RapidEPR is an AI-powered writing tool purpose-built for military service members. It generates evaluation statements and award narratives tailored to the formats the product currently supports: Air Force EPBs/OPBs, Army NCOERs/OERs, Navy EVALs/FITREPs/CHIEFEVALs, Marine Corps FITREPs, and Coast Guard EERs. As an Air Force veteran, I spent years writing performance reports and watching talented service members struggle with a format that could make or break their careers. I built RapidEPR because I understood the problem firsthand and knew technology could solve it.

The Problem

Military evaluations are high-stakes documents with rigid formatting rules, character limits, and branch-specific conventions. Service members spend hours crafting bullets and narratives, often with little guidance. A weak evaluation can be the difference between making rank and getting passed over. These documents follow service members for their entire career.

The Solution

RapidEPR uses large language models with deep knowledge of military writing conventions to generate contextually appropriate, correctly formatted content. Users input their accomplishments in plain language, and the tool produces ready-to-use bullets and narratives that meet regulatory standards for their specific branch and evaluation type.
